Mitt Romney has said he wants to repeal Obamacare “on day one” of his presidency. He’s said he would eliminate Title X family planning programs and “get rid of” Planned Parenthood.
When it comes to women’s health, Romney is happy to talk about things he would get rid of, but what are his solutions? He continues to duck the issues in an attempt to hide his agenda until after the election.
What happens to the more than five million Americans who rely on Title X family planning funding? What happens to the more than 45 million women who have already received preventive care with no co-pay? And what happens to the nearly three million women, men, and teenagers who go to Planned Parenthood to get the care they need?
Today we’re launching a new campaign called Ask Mitt. We’re tired of his speeches without substance and we’re tired of him avoiding the issues at hand. That’s why from now until Election Day we will be asking, tweeting, and speaking out, demanding answers from Mitt Romney. Our goal? To have Romney answer our top question at the first Presidential debate on October 3.
