Someone asked me if I would vote Republican and I said absolutely NO. Then he asked why not? My reason is exactly the issue concerning women. I would never support a candidate who wasn't FOR women's rights. And abortion is legal! Too much church in the state if you ask me. Too much women as property still. And not enough women as equal...part of the human race. Women are not the prize to the finish line of human race...we run together. He was surprised and I responded, "What if the government made it illegal for men to get their eyes checked or go to the dentist or...watch football". He was pretty quiet...and agreed with me.

This is the insanity of the Republican Party!! They really want to have complete control of every woman's womb!! Why is it that these "men" think they have a right to even voice an opinion in these matters, since they have NO female body parts, much less trying to legislate these barbaric rules??
Take away birth control and, at the same time, take away all Medicare and Medicaid and Welfare and Education Programs, school lunches, etc., that would help these women in the ensuing avalanche of unwanted pregnancies!! This is nothing less than an all out WAR against women and CHILDREN in this Nation!! "If you're not rich it's your own fault." This is the rhetoric we get from the Republican top tier politicians that want to lead this Nation!!
What a truly sickening disconnect these "men" have with what is happening in America!!
